The farmer’s soup is made up of a careful selection of the best varieties of legumes and as a token of naturalness and a careful and respectful of the environment agriculture, it is characterized by a rich taste and undeniable quality. It is a unique dish in the Mediterranean food model with a great protein and carbohydrate content. After a 12-hour soak the legumes need to be boiled for about 35 minutes. The supplement of other vegetables to taste and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil will make the soup even more tasty.
