Quinoa is considered a “pseudo-cereal”, indeed it belongs to the same family of spinach. Completely gluten-free, and then suitable also for people with celiac desease, it is very nutritious, very high in carbs and proteins, and it is also a good source of phosphorous, potassium and manganese.
