Farro balls with vegetables


for 4

120 gr Bartolini farro
2-3 carrots
1 zucchini
1-2 peppers
50 gr ricotta cheese
Bread crumbs q.s.
Salt and pepper q.s.
Bartolini extra virgin olive oil


Cook farro in a pot of boiling salted water for 20 minutes e in the meantime cut vegetables into pieces.
Once farro is cooked, add it to the vegetables, together with ricotta cheese and the bread crumbs, to add more thickness to the mixture.
Make some balls and cover them with the bread crumbs.
Fry them in the extra virgin olive oil and serve it up.
