Organic whole grain penne with avocado, ginger and red pepper


for 4

400 g Bartolini organic whole grain penne
20 ripe cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
fresh hot pepper
Bartolini extra virgin olive oil
salt q.s.


Peel the ginger and cut it in small slices.
Peel also the garlic, cut it in half and put it in a bowl with abundant extra virgin olive oil.
Add the halved fresh hot pepper and the cherry tomatoes cut in four halves.
Peel and cut the avocado in slices.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta and combine it with the ginger, lime peel and the rest of the ingredients.
Serve it up in the rind of the avocado.
