Banana bread


for 4

350g Bartolini whole grain farro flour
160ml soy milk
140g honey
80g dark chocolate 
50g anacardium
40ml Bartolini extra virgin olive oil
2 ripe bananas 
1 teaspoon baking powder


Preheat oven to 180°C.
Squash bananas and put them in a large mixing bowl with honey, stir well and add from time to time all the other ingredients.
Bake at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes.
