Chickpea Hummus

200g Bartolini chickpeas
Bartolini extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
salt and pepper q.s.


Leave the chickpeas to soak for about 12 hours, drain them and boil in a pot of boiling water.
Blend the chickpeas with the help of a mixer, together with a spoon of extra virgin olive oil, one of water, a little bit of lemon juice to taste, salt and pepper. Serve it up with some slices of grilled bread or some breadsticks.
