Whole wheat apple pie


180g whole grain farro flour
250g Greek yogurt
2 eggs
50g brown sugar
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
2 apples
4 teaspoons of powder yeast
A pinch of salt
Lemon rind


Beat egg white with the brown sugar until foamy, then add in order: olive oil, lemon rind, yogurt, the sifted flour, the powder yeast and fill with the apples.
Cook in a cake mould at 180° for 40 minutes.
