FRANTOIO BARTOLINI's extra virgin olive oil is the result of a selection made by Mastro Oleario Bartolini Emilio who, with the experience and tradition of his family (since 1850), researches and selects the best olives guaranteeing hand picking and cold extraction. This golden-green oil, with its clean olive fragrance and fruity flavour with herbaceous hints, is suitable for use as a condiment in all recipes, especially for grilled meat and fish.

The Bartolini oil mill has produced this oil, protecting its quality with the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Umbria, Colli Assisi - Spoleto.
The Production Regulations guarantee that this oil comes from olives of the Moraiolo (no less than 60%), Leccino and Frantoio varieties, grown in Umbria and that the entire process - from the maintenance of the olive groves, the quantity of olives obtainable from each tree, harvesting by hand at the right moment of ripeness and the traditional extraction method - is carried out and controlled in such a way as to faithfully reflect the best of Umbrian olive oil culture.
The golden green colour, the clean scent of olives, the intense fruity taste of olives that create a pleasant sensation of freshly pressed spicyness on the palate, more harmonious when mature, are the characteristics that will be appreciated by all those who taste this extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. Umbria.

The entire production of the Bartolini farm, which is free from chemical treatments, is recognised as organic and certified by the competent bodies.
The extra virgin olive oil from organic farming is a unique product in terms of quality and genuineness and comes from olives of the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio varieties, harvested by hand and extracted cold, without undergoing the filtering process.
