Returns and refunds

The return of the ordered goods with the consequent reimbursement of the price paid is provided for in the following cases:

  • 1. Return for reconsideration

    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the goods provided that they are intact and in the same condition as when they were delivered within the 14 days provided by the Consumer Code for the right of withdrawal.

  • 2. Return for damaged product

    In the event that the customer receives damaged packages, in whole or in part, at the time of delivery, he may reject all the goods or only the damaged ones. The company will replace or refund the returned product as soon as possible without charging any cost to the customer.

  • 3. Return of non-compliant products

    If the customer finds a product that does not comply with his order and/or is defective, he may initiate the procedure for its replacement or refund at no cost. The procedure requires a photo of the non-conforming product to be submitted and the packaging to be kept for collection by the company. Otherwise, you cannot proceed with the return.
